Title:
Customer Support & Technical Follow-Up Agent - Remote India
Salary:
$400-$600/month + monthly bonus
Bonus:
$2 per qualified booking
$10 per paid FRANK member
$25 monthly quality bonus
Working Hours:
10 AM - 7 PM UAE time
6 days per week
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Russian is a plus
- Able to make 50-100 calls/messages per day
- Quick with CRM, apps, and dashboards
- Comfortable handling technical issues
- Technical background is a plus
- SaaS, app support, real estate, or customer support experience is a plus
Work includes:
Customer messages, lead follow-up, app/login issue support, screenshots, bug reports, CRM updates, and daily reporting.
