Role Description

Nkonnect Global Ventures is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Telecalling Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating and nurturing leads, providing product and service information, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.



The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in
English, Telugu, and Hindi
, be customer-focused, and have the confidence to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Make a minimum of
150 calls per day
(combined inbound and outbound) to prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate fluently in
English, Telugu, and Hindi
to explain products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Generate, nurture, follow up, and close leads to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call logs, and reports using Google Sheets.
- Respond to customer queries, feedback, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for daily lead updates and follow-ups.
