Role & responsibilities -

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation, customs compliance, shipment coordination, and backend export operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export procedures, shipping documentation, and international trade compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Shipping Documents.
- Coordinate with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders, CHA, and Logistics Partners for timely shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Export Regulations, DGFT Guidelines, and Customs Procedures.
- Handle Advance Authorization (AA) and other export incentive schemes.
- Track export shipments from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Prepare shipping instructions and manage post-shipment documentation.
- Process and verify Letters of Credit (LC) and other trade finance documents.
- File and manage Shipping Bills and customs-related documentation.




- Maintain export records for audits, statutory compliance, and internal reporting.
- Coordinate for Certificate of Origin and other mandatory export certifications.
- Generate and manage export invoices using Tally/ERPNext.
- Ensure timely GST Input Credit recovery related to export transactions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for export payment reconciliation and settlements.
- Maintain vendor, customer, and buyer master data for export compliance.
- Track export compliance timelines, including RoDTEP, export reporting, and statutory filings.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Export Documentation & International Trade Procedures.
- Valuable understanding of Customs Regulations, DGFT, and Export Compliance.
- Experience in Shipping Bill Filing and Customs Documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, ERPNext, or similar ERP/Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) and Trade Financ
