Role
We're looking for an experienced Head of Global Operations to build & scale operational excellence across our global business. Reporting directly to leadership, this role owns exceptional customer outcomes — across onboarding, implementation, support & managed services — while supporting rapid international growth.
This is a strategic & hands-on leadership role. You'll combine big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution & be equally comfortable working with customers, engineering,
product and implementation across geographies & time zones making sure the ship sails smoothly.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Build processes & ways of working that let the team deliver reliably and securely as we scale.
- Define KPIs and roadmap for healthy operations ensure the team is accountable.
- Drive continuous improvement & automation to work more efficiently.
Customer Delivery
- Own the implementation of Quadrical's platform for our customers — from kick-off to go-live.
- Improve onboarding speed, product adoption & customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships & ensure consistent delivery across regions & time zones
Cross-functional Leadership
- Keep Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales aligned, so what we commit and keep our word with our customers.
