Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive with 1 to 2 years of expertise to join our team at Mighty Warners – a leading digital marketing agency serving Dubai-based clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for managing social media accounts and executing content calendars but also for contributing to content strategy, researching industry trends, generating creative campaign ideas, and identifying opportunities to improve audience engagement and brand growth. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for social media trends and branding. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create, manage, and execute content calendars aligned with client objectives, campaign requirements, and publishing schedules.




- Independently create, manage, and produce engaging, platform-specific content, including captions, reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, and static creatives for clients across diverse industries and niches.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, audience behaviour, and platform updates to generate fresh, relevant, and creative content ideas.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop high-quality content, while reviewing all creative assets to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency before client submission.
- Schedule and publish content as per the approved calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and overall content performance.
