Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, scheduling, estimation, and documentation from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope statement, work breakdown structure (WBS), schedule network diagrams, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with stakeholders to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, industry standards, regulatory requirements.
