Role & responsibilities -

Production & Operations Management
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Oversee the assembly, testing, and calibration of industrial oil filtration equipment (e.g., high-vacuum purifiers, centrifuge systems).

Quality Control & Compliance
- Enforce stringent quality management systems (such as ISO 9001) specific to mechanical and filtration manufacturing.
- Minimize rejection and rework rates by ensuring filtration equipment meets industry standards for flow rate, pressure, and particle separation.
- Ensure all products undergo rigorous testing before dispatch.

Equipment & Maintenance
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize machine uptime and prevent costly breakdowns.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians for the repair and upkeep of heavy machinery, testing rigs, and assembly tools.
- Evaluate and recommend capital investments for recent equipment or facility upgrades.

Supply Chain & Inventory Control




- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials like steel sheets, valves, filter elements, pumps, and motors.
- Oversee the control of work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to avoid supply chain disruptions.

Team Leadership & Safety
- Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of production supervisors, assemblers, welders, and quality inspectors.
- Promote a zero-incident safety culture by ensuring proper use of PPEs, routine emergency drills, and machine safety guarding.
- Conduct regular training programs to upgrade staff skills in new processing technologies.
