Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in building agentic workflows for treasury simulations, decision support, and scenario reasoning. The role requires hands-on experience in developing intelligent agent systems, implementing state machines for complex financial workflows,
and creating comprehensive AI-driven decision support solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Agentic Workflow Development
Design and build agentic workflows for treasury simulations and financial scenario planning
Develop intelligent planning agents that can reason through complex financial decisions
Create scenario narrators that can explain and communicate financial outcomes in natural language
Implement multi-agent systems for collaborative decision-making processes
LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering
Design and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve specific financial domain tasks
Build robust prompt templates and chains for consistent agent behavior
Implement prompt engineering best practices for accuracy, reliability, and cost optimization
Fine-tune and evaluate LLM outputs for financial domain applications
State Machine & Orchestration
Develop complex state machines using LangGraph for agentic workflow orch
