About Autonique

Autonique builds AI-powered automation systems (WhatsApp booking, AI receptionists, lead engines) for clinics and service businesses in Kuwait and the GCC. We're a small, fast-moving remote team — this role owns marketing, web presence, and automation end-to-end.

What you'll own:
- Social media marketing and content strategy (LinkedIn primary, cross-platform as needed)
- Marketing automation — building and running workflows, not just posting manually
- Full website ownership — development, payment integration, backend, hosting, backups
- Graphics design — social visuals, marketing materials, brand assets
- Heavy use of AI tools across all of the above — this is not optional, it's core to the role

You should be:
- Fluent with AI tools in practice, not just aware of them — ChatGPT/Claude for content and strategy, image generation tools (Midjourney/DALL-E or similar) for design, automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) for workflows. You should know which tool fits which job and be fast with all of them.




- Comfortable owning backend/infrastructure work — not just design or content
- A strong independent operator — this is a remote, largely async role with a small team

Requirements:
- Portfolio of real work — social campaigns, website builds, design samples
- Full-stack web development experience, including payment gateway integration
- English fluency (Arabic not required — this role serves our India-based content/ops needs)
- Based in India, available full time

How we work:
- All communication is written — no calls or meetings
- Daily/regular reporting on progress
- No freelancing or outside client work during employment
- No unauthorized platform or tool use — all infrastructure decisions are centralized

Compensation: ₹25,000/month, remote, full-time

Start: Probation period applies before permanent placement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
