About Cladbe

Cladbe is a proptech company rebuilding how Indian residential real estate gets launched, marketed, and sold. Real estate is India's largest asset class and still one of its least data-driven markets — launches run on gut feel, marketing runs through layers of agencies, and buyers navigate crore-sized decisions with almost no reliable information. We work on both sides of that problem: data-driven launch marketing for residential developers, and a consumer platform for home buyers.

We are bringing our entire growth engine in-house — paid, organic, tracking, and data — instead of renting it from agencies the way this industry always has. This role runs that engine.

The Role

Most performance marketers optimise one funnel. This seat owns two.

Front one — real estate launches.
High-ticket, long-cycle lead generation for residential projects, where the conversion that matters is a family walking into a sales gallery — not a form fill. Your targeting, creative testing, and CPL discipline directly decide how fast crores of inventory move.

Front two — consumer growth.




User acquisition for our consumer platform, live from your first week: channels, funnels, experiments. You will also own
SEO for our consumer web properties
— the organic engine alongside the paid one.

Everything runs in-house and in your name: the ad accounts, the pixels, the attribution, the lead data. You own the number, and the room hears it from you every week.

What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube for residential project launches — CPL and cost-per-qualified-lead accountability, tuned toward site visits
- Build and own the full measurement stack: pixels, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards
- Manage multi-lakh monthly ad budgets with explicit pacing, testing, and creative-iteration discipline
- Drive landing page strategy and conversion-rate optimisation with the creative team
- Own SE
