Job Summary
FoxBrain Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Tele Counsellors to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, understanding their learning needs, explaining our educational programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls.
- Counsel leads about FoxBrain's educational programs and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule counselling sessions when required.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
- Prior experience in tele counselling, telesales, customer support, or EdTech is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
