About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Governance Manager to lead enterprise-wide PAM governance initiatives and drive the evolution of the organization's privileged access strategy. This role will be responsible for strengthening governance frameworks, conducting security risk assessments, managing strategic PAM programs, and collaborating with global stakeholders to improve privileged identity security across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate combines robust cybersecurity governance expertise with excellent program management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

PAM Governance & Strategy

• Lead enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) governance initiatives across business units.

• Define, maintain, and enhance PAM governance frameworks, standards, policies, and operational guidelines.

• Drive adoption of PAM best practices across global teams.





• Develop long-term PAM strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational cybersecurity objectives. Security Risk Assessment

• Perform risk assessments for privileged accounts across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and emerging technologies.

• Evaluate security risks using industry frameworks such as: o MITRE ATT&CK; o STRIDE o NIST o CIS Controls

• Recommend appropriate security controls and governance improvements.

Program & Project Management:

• Lead cross-functional PAM transformation programs.

• Manage governance forums, steering committee meetings, project reviews, and executive reporting.

• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, IAM, Cloud, Application, and Product teams. Governance Documentation

• Develop and maintain: o PAM Policies o Security Standards o Governance Frameworks o Operating Procedures o Control
