Role Description
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting Welcare Hospital’s orthopaedic services and enhancing brand visibility in the local and regional market. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara,



responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and managing outreach to patients, referrers, and community partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives, preparing marketing materials, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to communicate hospital offerings. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, assisting with patient engagement activities, and identifying opportunities to strengthen Welcare’s presence in the healthcare sector. The Marketing Executive will also help ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
