Job Summary
We at SKL seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager Events to lead business development, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the event operations team to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and acquire current corporate, social, and institutional event clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and event planners.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Prepare customized event proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with operations and event teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Lead, mentor,



and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.

Experience
- 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in event management, hospitality, MICE, weddings, or corporate events.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing key accounts and leading sales teams.
