About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
US Staffing Recruiter
to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for
Information Technology (IT), Manufacturing, and Services industry
positions across the United States. This is a fully remote prospect for professionals based in India who are comfortable working in the
EST shift
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based contract and full-time positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Recruit for IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, Administrative, Customer Service, Finance, and other professional roles.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.




- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet client hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of US staffing/recruitment experience
.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for
IT, Manufacturing, and Service sector
roles.
- Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.
- Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and social media.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work
US EST hours
