About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Head Baker to lead the bakery operations at Zilch Café.



This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in artisan baking, enjoys developing premium bakery products, and thrives in a quality-driven kitchen workplace.

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all bakery production, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency, mentoring the bakery team, and contributing to menu innovation that complements our premium café concept.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day bakery operations.
- Prepare and oversee the production of artisan breads, sourdough, viennoiserie, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
- Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and taste across all bakery offerings.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu additions aligned with Zilch's premium café concept.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the bakery team while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
