CityLaila is expanding its team and looking for a Junior HR Executive who can support recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and daily HR operations.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, confident in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for roles in sales, operations, customer support, design, marketing, visa, ticketing, and travel consulting.

Screen resumes and conduct first-level candidate calls.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate tracker and recruitment pipeline.

Follow up with candidates until joining.

Support onboarding documentation and employee file management.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR reports.





Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries.

Assist in employee engagement and internal communication.

Support offer letter preparation, joining formalities, and exit documentation.

Maintain discipline, documentation, and process follow-up across the team.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.

Good English communication skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination ability.

Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp, and Excel for recruitment.

Ability to screen candidates confidently.

Positive understanding of basic HR documentation.

Strong ownership, time management, and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

Experience hiring for sales, customer support, operations, travel, hospitality, or service industry roles.

Bangalore-based candidate preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
