Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for Event Planning and Execution. The role involves end-to-end planning and coordination of events, including concept development, detailed scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution. Responsibilities include managing client requirements, preparing event proposals and budgets, overseeing logistics,



supervising setup and tear-down, and ensuring events run smoothly and safely. The role also includes tracking event performance, preparing post-event reports, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
