Role Description
The Customer Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The Customer Executive will manage daily customer interactions, address queries,



and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience for retailers, distributors, and end consumers. This role involves monitoring service levels, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with sales, operations, and logistics teams to support timely deliveries and product availability. The Customer Executive will analyze customer trends, prepare basic reports, and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
