Role Description
The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing customer relationships and driving housing loan business. In this position, the individual will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their housing finance needs, explain loan products and eligibility,



and guide them through the end-to-end application process. The role includes regular follow-ups, handling customer queries, coordinating documentation and verification, and ensuring timely disbursal of loans. The Relationship Officer will collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets, maintain service quality, and support retention of customers through proactive relationship management. The role also involves local market outreach, building connections with referral partners, and promoting Shubham’s offerings in the community.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and grow customer and partner relationships.
