Role Description:
The Jr Video Editor role is a full-time, in office position based in Panaji. This role involves assembling raw footage, selecting the best shots, and editing video content for digital platforms under the guidance of senior team members. The Jr Video Editor will assist with basic color adjustments, incorporating motion graphics, and preparing final deliverables that align with project briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include organizing media assets, maintaining project files, collaborating with designers and producers, and ensuring timely delivery of videos.



The role also includes reviewing feedback, making revisions, and contributing creative suggestions to improve visual storytelling.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and the ability to support the setup and organization of footage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing to cut, arrange, and refine video content for various formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to adjust color, exposure, and overall visual tone.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to add titles, simple animations, and visual elements.
- Basic proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with creative and production
