Role Description
The Tele Marketing Executive will work on-site at the Lucknow office in a full-time capacity, engaging potential and existing clients over phone calls to promote the company’s services and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining service offerings, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling follow-up interactions or appointments for the sales team. The role involves maintaining call records, updating lead status in internal systems,



and coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries. The Tele Marketing Executive will also handle basic customer support, respond to queries, and provide transparent and professional information to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify opportunities and convert prospects.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to manage inquiries and resolve basic issues.
