Maintain adherence to AS9100, ISO 9001, AS13100 and other customer-specific aviation requirements.
Maintain adherence to NADCAP for Fluid distribution Systems and welding and other customer-specific aviation requirements.
Identify, develop, and implement quality improvement and monitoring processes for product conformity.
Prepare and manage First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
Conduct Process Capability Studies within the FAI stage (Cp, Cpk, GR&R;, MSA).
Implement in-process quality checks and mistake-proofing techniques (e.g., gauge & position controls).
Review and update Control Plans, PFMEA, and Work Instructions at the FAI stage.
Investigate and address non-conformances (NCRs) and define permanent corrective actions.
Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) for process stability.
- Promote best practices to reduce waste, cost, and defects.

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans, procedures, and
policies.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with
Nadcap requirements as well as internal quality standards.

and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure
effective corrective actions are implemented.
