Role Description
The Assistant Manager Recruitment is a full-time, in office role based in
Andheri East
Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes across various functions.



The Assistant Manager Recruitment will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment metrics, managing talent pipelines, coordinating onboarding activities with HR and functional teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, processes, and employment laws. In addition, the Assistant Manager Recruitment will contribute to employer branding efforts, continuous process improvement, and the implementation of best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications
- Must have prior Experience in handling Africa positions
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
