Key Responsibilities
1. IT Platform Recovery Model
- Own the end-to-end recovery model (cloud, SaaS, infrastructure)
- Define cost pools, allocation drivers, and recovery logic
- Ensure alignment to consumption and business usage
2. Financial Performance Insights
- Analyze Actual vs Budget vs Forecast and recovery variances
- Provide insights on cloud overspend, SaaS utilization, and recovery gaps
- Support MBR/QBR reporting
3. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with CIO organization, platform owners, and regional finance teams
- Act as single point of contact for IT recovery topics
- Align stakeholders on methodology, data, and timelines
4. Cost Optimization
- Provide oversight of cloud and SaaS consumption
- Identify and drive cost savings and efficiency opportunities
- Support optimization of licensing and platform utilization
