Our fleet includes Crawler Cranes, Piling Rigs, Vibro Hammers, Manlifts (AWPs), Boom Placers, and other specialized construction equipment.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Purchase Executive
to join our procurement team.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure spare parts, consumables, and equipment for heavy machinery.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and finalize purchases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, dealers, and suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement to minimize equipment downtime.
- Issue Purchase Orders and maintain procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Workshop, Stores, and Accounts teams.
- Track deliveries and resolve supplier-related issues.




- Monitor inventory levels of critical spares and recommend replenishment.
- Maintain procurement MIS, vendor database, and cost comparison reports.
- Identify alternate vendors to improve quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Preferred Equipment Exposure

Experience in procurement of spare parts for any of the following will be preferred:
- Crawler Cranes
- Piling Rigs
- Vibro Hammers
- Manlifts (AWPs)
- Hydraulic Cranes
- Excavators
- Construction & Foundation Equipment

Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, undercarriage, engine, drilling, and fabrication components will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering

- Graduate with relevant procurement experience in heavy equipment or construction machinery.

- 5–8 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
