Role Description
The Technical Service Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining fitness equipment at client locations, ensuring all products operate safely and efficiently.



The engineer will diagnose technical issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and provide hands-on technical support to customers and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electronic faults, documenting service activities, coordinating with suppliers or senior engineers for complex issues, and supporting warranty and post-warranty service processes. The role also requires clear communication with clients, providing user guidance, and contributing to continuous improvement of service standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills, with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or similar products.
- Proficient Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues efficiently.
