The Transition Director – Infrastructure Services is accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of large, complex infrastructure and data centre transitions, from pursuit / solutioning phase through execution and stabilization. The role ensures seamless service take‑over of mission‑critical data centre environments while maintaining business continuity, compliance,



and operational excellence.

The position typically operates at CXO / senior client leadership level, managing multi‑tower infrastructure transitions including Data Centres, Cloud, Network, Security, and Service Management.

Responsibilities

1. Transition Leadership & Governance

Own and lead end‑to‑end infrastructure transition programs for large, complex data centre environments, from contract signature through steady state.

Define and execute transition strategy, roadmap, governance model, and success criteria.

Act as the single point of accountability for transition outcomes, risks, and client satisfaction.

Establish and chair transition governance forums, ensuring transparent reporting and executive decision‑making.

2. Data Centre & Infrastructure Scope

Lead transitions covering large‑scale data centre operations, including:

Compute (servers, virtualization)

Storage and backup

Network (LAN, WAN,
