Design and engineer next-generation commerce experiences on Google Cloud, combining Universal Commerce Platform building blocks with emerging agentic commerce patterns — AI agents that browse catalogs, negotiate, decide, and transact on behalf of consumers and businesses. The role sits at the intersection of GCP, headless commerce, and Vertex AI / Gemini-based agent stacks, supporting DF&O; AM&C; client engagements end to end from architecture through Operate .

Work you’ll do:
- Architect commerce solutions on GCP across catalog, cart, checkout, fulfillment, and post-purchase domains.
- Implement agentic commerce capabilities: agent orchestration, tool use, MCP / A2A integrations, and conversational shopping flows.
- Build and integrate APIs and microservices across commerce engines (commercetools, Shopify, SAP CC, or Google's Universal Commerce stack) and Google's commerce AI services — Vertex AI Searc
