Job Description

Required Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree with First Class from a recognized university. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of five years of experience in examination-related work, preferably in a higher educational institution.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of Examination Management Systems (EMS) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software used for examination administration.

Good organizational, communication, and record management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in examination processes.

Job Description :-

1. Student Records Management
- Maintain student registration and examination records.
- Verify examination application forms and eligibility.
- Update and manage Student database of marks and grades.
- Issue of transcripts, mark sheets, and certificates.

2. Coordination and Communication

Coordinate with printing and distribution teams for question papers and mark sheets

Assist in the smooth conduct of internal,



end semester, and supplementary examinations

3. Result Processing

Assist in Result Processing and generation of Results

Assist in tabulation and verification of examination results.

Prepare result statistics and merit lists.

Handle result corrections and revaluation-related processes.
