As we scale into residential and commercial projects, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to put Boon into the rooms where those decisions get made.
About the role
You'll own project and specification sales — building relationships with architects, interior designers, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), MEP consultants, developers, and facility managers to get Boon specified and installed across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This is a relationship-led, field-driven B2B role for someone who understands how the construction and real estate project cycle works and can carry a premium product through a considered, multi-stakeholder sale.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture a network of architects, interior designers, PMCs, MEP consultants, developers, builders, and facility management companies
- Drive specification of Boon products into residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects — getting the brand written into designs and BOQs early
- Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of projects from the design/specification stage through procurement, installation, and handover
- Present and demo Boon's product range and Water Intelligence proof to specifiers and decision-makers
- Own the full B2B sales cycle — lead generation, presentations, proposals and quotations, negotiation, and closing
- Position AMC and service tie-ups with facility managers to build recurring, long-term revenue
- Coordinate with the projects, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and a premium ownership experience
