DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst / MIS Analyst to support business decision making through data analysis, reporting, and financial insights.
The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise, a solid understanding of financial statements, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Analyze financial and operational data to extract actionable insights for informed business decisions.
2. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
3. Conduct variance analysis between defined KPIs and actual performance to identify gaps and improvement areas.
4. Evaluate departmental profitability by interpreting financial statements and operational metrics.
5. Perform ratio analysis and other financial assessments to support strategic planning and business reviews.
6. Process and handle confidential financial data in compliance with company standards and guidelines.
7. Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management.
