Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Executive will drive sales efforts by identifying client needs, fostering relationships with prospective and existing clients, and providing tailored solar system solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role involves meeting sales targets and identifying new market opportunities to grow the business.

Qualifications




- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Understanding of interior design concepts and the ability to present design ideas effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with designers and other professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the interior design industry or related sectors will be a plus.
