Team Lead Denial (US Healthcare end-to-end process)

- Minimum of 10+ years Experience in US Healthcare RCM preferably in multi-specialty setup and Internal Medicine.
- Mandatory leadership experience is required & responsible for managing a team of 10+ associates.
- Should Possess extensive knowledge in Denials, Insurance guidelines
- Responsible for Performing end-to-end AR follow-up on outstanding edits, claims and denials, appeals, claim to analyze.
- Should be proficient in Insurance rule updates, experience in running and working aging reports and maintain the AR days at par with the Industry standards.
- Excellent skill sets required in Microsoft products, especially excel spreadsheet for reports and analyze data using tools like VLOOKUP. Pivot table etc.
- This Role involves complete responsibility for running aging reports,



proper allocation of jobs amongst the Associates, Training and Mentoring the team members.
- Ensuring the quality of Denial management on an acceptable level by keeping the AR days under the HBMA and MGMA standard.
- Role involves process management, and interaction with our US office for all planning and process improvements to achieve and exceed the client SLAs while maintaining organizational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially with the team members and clients.
