Technical Courseware Developer

This role has been designed as Onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office.

What Youll Do
- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing, best-in-class technical courseware and learning content.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including concepts, tasks, installation guides, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and in-product documentation.
- Develop customer-focused learning content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and networking solutions.
- Translate complex networking and software technologies into easy-to-understand educational content.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.
- Analyze product specifications and recommend the most effective learning approach.
- Gain hands-on experience with HPE networking products to understand customer workflows and learning needs.
- Follow established content development standards, style guides, and documentation processes.




- Lead or contribute to courseware development projects while working in a collaborative Agile workplace.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation efficiency while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

What You Need to Bring
- 5+ years of experience creating technical documentation, courseware, or customer education content.
- Bachelors degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent networking certifications/experience.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality, user-friendly content.
- Good understanding of cloud computing, networking, automation, data centers, security, and enterprise software technologies.
