As a Senior/Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for...

*Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development*
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates for various key roles.
- Developing and implementing innovative hiring strategies using Market intelligence & Talent Mapping tools.
- Leveraging a mix of sourcing channels: Internal/External career sites, social media Hiring such as LinkedIn.

*Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement*
- Positioning the company as an employer of choice in the IT / Non- IT, Engineering space.
- Creating content and campaigns targeting industry professionals (e.g., webinars, blog posts, meetups, Events)




- Crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, Production and Engineering professionals.

*Full-Cycle Recruitment*
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers & compensation negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Implementing structured interview processes, including assessments.

*Stakeholder Management*
- Acting as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Providing regular hiring updates, metrics, and insights to leadership

*Data-Driven Recruiting*
- Using analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.
- Ensuring Global Hiring Metrics, SLA and targets are aligned and achieved
- Publishing Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports on the efforts and progress
- Optimizing hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPI
