Role Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth in the waste management and water treatment sector. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—while building strong client relationships and expanding market presence.
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in STP, ETP, WTP, and waste management solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients (industries, builders, consultants, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

4. Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution
