About the Role & Team
- The BDA role is central to Urban Company's partner supply engine responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-quality service partners in assigned areas.
- This role works closely with city operations and training teams to ensure a steady, high-quality pipeline of partners joining and succeeding on the platform.




- BDAs are the first point of contact for prospective partners and play a key role in shaping their onboarding experience and early success on Urban Company.

Role 1: Field BDA

What you'll do:
- Generate and convert leads for potential service partners in assigned hotspot areas
- Own end-to-end onboarding of new partners onto the Urban Company platform
- Build and maintain solid, trust-based relationships with partners in the field
- Work comfortably and independently in an on-field, target-driven environment
- Represent the Urban Company brand professionally during partner interactions

What we need:
- Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner with a hustle-oriented, on-ground approach to work
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Must own a laptop
- Male candidates preferred
