Welding Inspector and ASNT Level II
- qualified with expertise in welding inspection, NDT interpretation, WPS/PQR/WPQ

qualification, supplier quality, ISO 3834 compliance, and customer quality management.
- Experienced in ASME Section VIII, ASME Section IX, B31.1, B31.3, AWS D1.1, and ISO standards. Proven record in inspections, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, welding defect reduction, and successful execution of highvalue industrial projects.
- Developing, qualifying & approving NDT procedures and written practice as per

code/specification/customer requirements.
- Establishing & approving techniques and designating the NDT methods, techniques and procedures to be used.
- Discuss Engineering Related Query with Designer and Resolve shop Fabrication Engineers.
- Review the applicable documents to the concerned Project. (PO, TDC, Specs, Procedures)
- Review of NDT (PT,VT,MT,UT&RT; Films) and Check Client Requirements.




- Investigating complaints; performing root cause analysis and implement Procedures.
- Implementation of safety standards & maintaining Near Miss’ perform RCA take Corrective & Preventiv action’, ensuring PPEs, lean manufacturing 5S, etc.
- Experience in fabrication of materials like Carbon steel, CI, alloy steels, stainless steel, & Inconel alloys etc.

Quality Assurance & Control :-
- Developed and implemented QA/QC systems aligned with ISO, ASME, and customer-specific requirements
- Led ISO 3834 audit follow-ups, driving welding quality compliance and supporting certification maintenance
