- Supervise loading of finished goods such as lubricants, engine oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils, greases, and specialty products.
- Ensure correct product, grade, pack size, batch number, and quantity are loaded according to dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, QC, and Transport departments for timely dispatch.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, transporter documents, and loading checklists before vehicle release.
- Monitor loading activities for drums, barrels, pails, buckets, cartons, and bulk tanker dispatches.
- Inspect vehicles and tankers for cleanliness, suitability, and safety before loading.
- Maintain dispatch records, loading reports, vehicle movement records, and stock reconciliation data.
- Supervise loading manpower and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical stock verification.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
