Role Description
The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospective learners, managing inbound and outbound calls, and converting leads into enrollments for ADYAPAN’s certification programs.



The specialist will follow up on inquiries, explain program features and benefits, address questions, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Daily activities include coordinating with marketing and operations teams, tracking sales performance, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process. The role requires consistent achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to manage pipelines and achieve enrollment targets.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and support learners throughout the sales cycle.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, track metrics, and manage data accurately.
