Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, net off, credit cost/ reversal and roll rates repo of assets. Strict adherence to repo process notes. Regular interactions with the targeted high POS customers. Generate, analyze, share the data with the team and drive performance through field teams. Ensure adherence to collection process and legal guidelines. Trace out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process. Analyze the data, trends come out with quick action plans. Continuously provide training and upskilling opportunities for the team.
