Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Ahmedabad. The Visa Consultant will advise clients on suitable visa options, explain immigration requirements, and guide them through the complete application process. Daily responsibilities include conducting eligibility assessments, collecting and verifying documents, filling out visa forms, preparing supporting files, and tracking application status.



The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, coordinating with embassies or visa centers when needed, and responding promptly to client queries. The Visa Consultant will also maintain accurate records, follow internal compliance procedures, and support the team in delivering a professional and efficient client experience.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Immigration processes, with the ability to interpret and explain requirements clearly.
- Hands-on experience handling Visas, including documentation, form filling, and application submission.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and professional correspondence.
- Consulting skills to assess client profiles, recommend appropriate options, and provide clear, ethical guidance.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahme
