Acting as the dedicated implementation expert and single point of contact, you will guide business owners through their critical first weeks—managing technical setups, digital asset creation, dispatching hardware, and operational readiness. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-agile sales onboarding specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with reducing "Time-to-Value" for our merchants. Your ultimate mission is to consistently drive accounts to go live within our 14-day Service Level Agreement (SLA), all while delivering a flawless, consultative launch experience.
