We are looking for an experienced Highway Engineer Plan & Profile Design with strong expertise in highway and bridge projects for SH/NH/Expressways. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparation and review of detailed plan & profile drawings, L-sections, cross-sections, earthwork calculations, and junction designs using industry-standard software.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- M.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
OR
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Experience
Road Plan & Profile Design
- Specific of detailed Plan & Profile drawings for SH/NH/Expressways and similar road projects.
- Experience of:
- 5 or more road projects of minimum 50 km each
- Overall experience of 800–1000 km in highway projects.
- Preparation and review of:
- Horizontal & Vertical Alignments
- L-Sections and Cross Sections
- Earthwork Calculations
- Junction Improvement Designs
- Highway Intersections and Road Geometry
- Interchanges
Bridge Plan & Profile Design
- Experience in preparation/review of bridge projects:
- River Bridges
- ROBs (Railway Over Bridges) / RUBs (Railway Under Bridge)
- Elevated Corridors with multiple UP and DOWN Ramps
- Canal Crossing Structures
- Flyover
- Slip Roads and Ramps
- Cloverleaf Interchanges
- Multi-level Bridges
Authority Engineer / Review Work
- Experience in proof checking, review, or scrutiny of highway and bridge Plan & Profile drawings as an Authority Engineer / Independent Engineer / PMC Consultant
Required Skills
- Robust command over AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of:
- Civil 3D
- MX Road
- Similar Highway Plan & Profile Design Software
- Good understanding of IRC standards and highway engineering practices.
- Ability to independently handle design coordination and drawing review activities.
