About the Role:We are a growing premium cloud kitchen in Borivali West specializing in high-quality, customized cakes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Baker & Cake Decorator with 1 to 2 years of experience. You will work closely with the head baker to prepare, bake, assemble, and frost beautiful custom cakes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Baking: Measure, scale ingredients accurately, and bake high-quality sponge bases consistently according to established recipes.
- Preps: Prepare premium fillings, secure buttercreams, sharp ganaches, and whipping creams.
- Assembly: Level, fill, stack, and crumb-coat multi-layered cakes safely for customization.
- Frosting: Achieve sharp, smooth edges and clean finishes using cream or ganache.
- Basic Decoration: Handle basic piping, fondant accents, color mixing, and text writing on cakes.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean tools, sanitize workstations,



monitor ingredient expiry dates, and manage inventory.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working in a cake shop, bakery, or cloud kitchen.
- Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in sharp-edge frosting and neat crumb-coating.
- Portfolio: Must provide photos/videos of cakes you have personally baked and frosted.
- Traits: Strong attention to detail, hygienic work habits, and ability to follow strict recipe measurements.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near the Western Suburbs (Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Dahisar) are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
