Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Claims/Billing Center Business Analyst with 5-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire Billing Center, with a proven track record of analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and delivering effective solutions in the insurance domain. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our claims and billing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to Guidewire Claims and Billing Center.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and use cases for system enhancements and current features.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)



and assist in training end-users on new functionalities.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire applications.
