Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of civil construction projects from planning to final handover.
- Develop project execution plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and resource utilization initiatives.
- Oversee contractor selection, negotiation, contract administration, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor project budgets, certify contractor bills, and control project expenditures.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues arising during project execution.
- Mentor and lead project engineers, site teams, and support staff to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across all project sites.

Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction and project management.
- Experience in handling commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects with end-to-end project ownership.
