Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of supply chain experience with strong expertise in domestic logistics, particularly in e-commerce and quick commerce operations.
- Sound knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics, particularly from Thailand and Indonesia.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, warehousing, and 3PL coordination.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain systems and MS Office.
- MNC experience is mandatory.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Understanding of FMCG/FMCD supply chain practices and market trends.
- Hands-on experience in cosmetics products subject to CDSCO regulations is highly desirable.
- Open to frequent travel.
- Expertise in plastic recycling compliance.
