Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to construction sites.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure materials are available for construction needs.
- Regularly inspect and organize stock to prevent damage or wastage.
- Track material usage and forecast future requirements based on project timelines.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage and train store staff to ensure proper storage and safe handling of materials.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of store personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and discrepancies.
- Supervise the unloading, storing, and stacking of building materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized storage area and optimize space utilization.
- Keep accurate records of all material receipts and distributions.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on stock levels and material usage.
- Inspect received materials for quality, damage, and compliance with specifications.
- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely material availability.
- Schedule material deliveries to construction sites to meet project deadlines.
- Manage material waste and recommend cost-saving measures for storage and handling.
- Assist in controlling material costs and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure that all material movements are properly documented and tracked.

Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or logistics preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in store or warehouse management, ideally in construction or real estate.
- Solid organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and material handling best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
